The Boogie Brothers are ideally placed to support a variety of Corporate Events. Due to his wide range of experience Russ is available for bookings. Corporate Events require a thoroughly professional approach.

We will meet with Companies prior to events and this is included in the hourly rate quoted. We will discuss running orders, names of personnel, presentations and generally get to know individuals and information on the Company prior to the function. It also helps to know whose leg we can pull on the night! It is equally important to know who may not have a sense of humour!

Russ calls on his vast experience, presentation skills, training and qualifications in the Financial Services Industry to present a combination of crystal clear announcements, a structured approach and of course the right music to make your event a resounding success.

For this type of event clearly it is vital that we have £ 5 Million Public Liability Insurance, PAT Tested equipment and we are members of two professional bodies. We can supply certificates and risk assessments to venues and liaise directly with them on this. We would also make every effort to make ourselves and your guests familiar with fire and emergency procedures.

We issue comprehensive enquiry forms and booking confirmations. In effect these are our contracts with you. This is all done by e-mail but signed copies can be sent in the post.

Our standard PA system copes with up to 500 guests but we have access to further equipment doubling up to 2000 Watts of power (1000 plus guests) should circumstances dictate. Our lighting set up copes easily with larger venues and will ensure the correct atmosphere is created.
