Financial Considerations:
- We quote an hourly rate for our services which covers the duration of your event only.
- Each additional hour or part thereof will attract the same rate (eg if we are asked to play for longer on the night of an event).
- We do not charge for time travelling to and from your event, setting up or dismantling, or for any meetings with you prior to the event.
- For locations in East and West Sussex no mileage charges are made.
- For locations other than East or West Sussex a mileage charge will be negotiated, but would generally be included in a higher hourly rate rather than a separate charge.
- Our 5 stage wedding process is included in the hourly rate quoted and there is no additional charge.
- Actual hourly rates vary and a specific quotation will be provided on receipt of all relevant information.

Our Service
- We always issue comprehensive booking enquiry and confirmation forms as well as e mail confirmation of receipt of deposit.
- For our 5 stage wedding service we will also issue a Wedding Checklist for completion.
- We do not issue contracts but can do so if required.
- We operate on word of mouth and work in the utmost good faith for our Customers.

Our Code of Conduct states that we share a common commitment, through a statement of ethical practices, to promote the highest possible standards of professional conduct. In brief all NADJ Members:
- are committed to the Code Of Conduct,
- hold Public Liability Cover (PLI),
- use PAT certified equipment,
- have the back up of a National Organisation.
UK-Disco (The Mobile Disco Directory) Standards
Our DJ's are asked to adhere to these:
- Public Liability Insurance (Russ carries public liability insurance of £ 5 Million but we have not had one claim since our inception in 1999).
- All DJ's carry out regular checks of electrical equipment.
- All equipment is safe with all wires, cables and leads secured.
- All wiring connections are in good repair, correctly connected and properly rated. (All equipment is PAT Tested annually).
- Presentation is professional and of such a standard that would not bring disrepute to the industry.
- The DJ is suitably dressed for the event.
- Safe working practices are employed at all times.
- The Disco and surrounding area are generally tidy (e.g. all loose wiring is taped down).
